Yes, the actautor is depressing the microswitch and water is flowing at a good rate.
Does this then mean that the valve behind the actuator isnt working? That'll mean a whole new 3-way valve then will it?

If the spindle on the diverter valve is working - as in it is correctly depressing the microswitch - does this mean the diaphragm is in working order, or could there still be an issue with it??

Sorry, have managed to suss out the diaphragm spindle location....
Yes it pushes the microswitch when the hot water tap is opened. Plus the potentiometer (dimmer light switch style knob) adjusts the temperature of the water correctly.
