Yep thats it. The water pressure is lower thsnt normal but I wouldn't say it was extremely low...

Yeah so I do appear to have a filing loop with a tap at each end. Now when I turn these taps nothing seems happen. So I removed this loop and tried each tap and once turned water gushed out of each one of them. Am I doing something wrong?

I have located the filling loop, but when I turn the tap the pressure does not rise. And I cant hear water passing through....
