I was not there but was told that a fuse had blown and all the power to the building was off , not sure if it was connected to the boiler or not , you would have thought that only the fuse in the fused spur had blown if so

no gas chap, no dripping or leaking taps turned off isolating valve on cold inlet to test for that

pump is running gas chap

Hi there Customer has problem with potterton puma 80. power board was tripped just the once , reset then had to relight boiler, since then pilot has gone out once, now on hot water the boiler fires up but water not very hot only luke warm ,on heating boiler fires up one of the the...
