House was built 1996, yes I’m thinking of putting another blue brick in place and then putting dpm then concrete up to the dark brick, I’ll wrap the dpm over brick when concreting Then putting upvc door and frame?

guys I’m looking for some advise, I’m looking to put new concrete floor in my porch before I put up a new upvc door, do I need to put dpc down first then concrete on that
