The oil from the tank is not reaching the boilerie the boiler is higher than the tank.

recently bought a cottage with oil fired central heating. We have a thermocon minor 1 regular boiler. We need to prime it but the previous owner has not left the manual behind so we're a bit stuck! Anybody out there got any ideas? Cheers, Deb
