Hi it's a upvc window, side hung, hinges on top and bottom.

My kitchen window is letting in an awful lot of draught, it seems to be tightly closed at the bottom but doesn't seem to seal correctly at the top. This is not under warranty anymore. How do I go about fixing it, please. :(
