Could anyone advise whether it is worth spending approx £160 per door on an internal oak "990" (made by finewood) 2040x726 door if it only comes with 1 year guarantee ? For not much more I could buy XL door which comes with a 10 year guarantee. Is the guarantee something to consider or not?

unfortunately not white- the colour of the loo in question is a delightful shade of turquoise! Not the prettiest.

Considering replacing 1980s old loo with a close coupled flush to wall one. Mid point of soil pipe is approx. 150mm from wall. Can anyone give me any ideas as to loos which might fit. Any recommendations for modern loos which give a decent flush?- not looking for a loo with a small flush...
