basically its not stick to to the program. I want to run boiler for few hours and the hes gonna exit the program but in my case hes leaving program straight away

hi everyone.. could anyone help with my glowworm cxi24. my problem is with I think with build in thermostat or electronic system. what is happening...when I choose programme lets say 45 degrees for 3 hours, system automatically leaving the program after 1,2 minutes and start heating...
