Has the pump got a removable screw at the front of it,is so remove it and run the boiler,you should be able (with the use of a screw driver to feel the impellor on the pump spining,if it is the pump must be ok,

sounds very much like the pump,but please tell me how hot do the Rads get,If at all

Can anyone help please,when I run the hot tap the boiler lights and works ok,but when I turn the tap off the flame goes out but the boiler and fan keeps running.The only way I can stop it is to switch off the fused spur( that feeds the boiler ) for a second and that resets the system.Thank you Denny
