That is what I would have done - I have had a kitchen installed and the electrician (?) has taken a 1.5mm cable from a junction box in the cooker cable to a switched spur box. This does not seem right to me! Derek

Is it allowed to take a spur to feed under cupboard lights from a cooker circuit?
