had exact same problem 2 packs short,got in touch with Kronospan who make it ,Carpetright sell it under the name of BLACK FOREST ABERDEEN OAK,but they dont have it instore you have to order it and costs £29 for delivery Wicks have it under the name CHAI OAK.its on special just now at £19.83 ,good luck hope this helps
