Hi Graham, Thanks for the reply. No, if I reduce the water flow it gets colder. Also have turned the pressure up but that does not help either. Will try your advise. Debbie

We have tried everything expect get a plumber. The water is only getting warm. Cannot run a bath let alone a decent shower. What can I do? Has been like this for a year now and had a power shower but in the bathroom. Would appreciate some advise please. Thank you
