    The old water leaking from the soap dispenser problem

    I have a Hotpoint Aquarius WM62P. Unscrewed the back to unblock the filter or pump. But the hoses are attached with gold clips that I just can't undo. Any tips?

    Thanks but I've given up. Unscrewed the back but drain hose is attached to the pump by a spring clip that I just can't undo. Have had to call a plumber out. :o(

    My Aquarius 1000 won't drain. I lowered the waste hose into a bucket as suggested and it drained. So, it's the pump. Can anyone provide a link to a service manual or user guide so that I can have a go at unblocking the pump. I've never done it before and need instructions. Cheers in...
