hi thanks for your reply's, i do have a HepVo on order but ordered it for the shower so ordered a 40mm :cry:, i will try to return it and get a 32mm and attach it to the basin. your quite right about the cowboy, he went bankrupt not long after surprise surprise. :roll:

Thanks for that, i'll take a look, the basin is at the end of the waste run if you know what i mean, the waste water from the basin has to run passed the junction with the shower, not sure if that makes a difference. Thanks again.

Hi all, been reading these forums for about the last 12 months hoping to find out why my shower drains very slowly, and has done since it was installed by a plumber who just shrugged his shoulders when i told him about it. after reading various threads i thought it was to do with the length...
