Thanx for the info guys but i have found the problem. Just had the transformer apart and found a burnt out resistor.

Hi folks. Had a kitchen fitted 2 years ago with some downlighters. Just recently the lights were swithched on and nothing happened. Tested contacts with meter and shows there is power getting to them but bulbs not eluminating. Tried changing bulbs with no result. Any ideas anybody...
