My niece has just moved into her first house, but, unfortunately, the previous owner didn't leave the User manual . Its a Vailant, but don't know what model ! Does anyone know what the model may be, and where I can download a copy please ?

When I press the AWAY button, it presets to 15 degrees. I want to take that down to 12

I have a Vailant Boiler, with the eRelax/vsmart App. I want to reset the AWAY temperature from 16 to 12. Can someone point me in the right direction please ?

Part of the rendering on the external wall of my house has fallen off. Can someone tell me what the correct ratio of sand / cement is, and what knid of sand do I have to use, do I have to put any additives into the mix, do i patch using one or two coats? Please be gentle as I am a newbie...
