When the tap's on we see a red LED, but there is still no hot water, and neither does the boiler ignite The c.h. is not working; the boiler starts up then after a short time the middle light (LD2) turns RED.

We have a Biasi Riva Compact M90E model 28s Recently we are not getting any hot water, only cold from all taps and bath tub. The boiler seem not to be igniting although there is noise from the boiler when hot water taps are run. Please could someone help us resolve this problem
