Hi John all lights ok but can't learn siren when you try to add devises says already in system but no way to remove any ides

I have one cold rad downstairs I have removed it flushed it through drained down whole system bleed everything of air the rad in questions gets warm for a while then goes cold again tried draining down again refilled bleed system turned off all others still same problem any ides :(
