i have broke the control panel and cant find a replacement

i have a diplomat inegrated dishwasher that has a problem but i cant find model number ie adp8112 etc, all i can find are two sets of bar codes with numbers above them, they are 8545 002 15820 and below that number 33 0541 002299. can anyone help please
