Hi All Thanks for your replies and help. I have just found the damn loop. Was not under the boiler (as in directly under it), but was located close to the floor in a kitchen cupboard halfway hidden behind the washing machine!!!! Just glad I found it!

Hi Bob You are quite right, my filling loop looks nothing like the one in FAQ 6. However, I can also not find the two valves with black handles. I have spent the last 2 hours trying to figure out where this filling loop is, but I am afraid I am none the wiser. The manual isn't helping much...
