It happens early evening. Not always at the same time. Flickering can last anything for a few seconds to 20 minutes or more. Last night it was for almost 45 minutes.

I've spoken to neighbours who have no problems. Lights only seem to flicker at the back of the house rather than the front for some reason.

I'm having exactly the same problem with my lights. I have contacted my electricity supplier and they said that it is nothing to worry about as it is when the substation switches over during the evening. Could this be true? Paul
