Thanks Aqualisa, managed to get it reset by following the advice already given. Got up in to the loft and switched it off at the source (as opposed to the switch box). Turned it off and left it for 1 minute then turned it back on again. Seems to have sorted the issue. everything's back to...

Didn't work unfortunately. Turned the power off for 2 minutes then back on again, same situation. LED light is on whilst the shower is off. Shower is working as expected, just unsure as to how safe it is with the power light on all the time.
