hi i have a concept6 alarm all works fine with power but when turned of no power,so battery in main box replaced ,day light on and power after electric turned off so all seems ok but the bell box does not sound when power turned of opened bell box but cant see battery to replace just sounder and...

well we had some issues with random alarms so we did not use all pir,but we have put in new ones and all work fine , alarm works but when it was sounding we just turnned of power to check and it just stopped dead no sound at all but works when power on fine

well we have been here 6 years and it has not been touched.i did get a quote for a call out a while back off 75 pound

hi i have a old concept alarm that has worked will for years but we had a power cut last night and the bell did not sound at all,now i know this is what they should do but there was not lights on the key pad so i think there should be or am i wrong thanks :D
