Can anyone identify the product in the picture please?

We had a conservatory built and this was built on a raised concrete plinth, it was built above ground level and the concrete had a DPM below and then concrete, this was then topped with the conservatory and a further DPM below the floor screed. On top of here was placed 5 layers of some kind...
