Thanks so much for the help with this. It was just as described. Very, very stiff. Undo the 2 screws at the top. The whole white unit comes off. I initially thought the unit "hinged" open. But no. The whole thing comes off. Pull from the top and pull away and down. I had to get a screwdriver in...
