I think there might have been a little water dripping out of that copper pipe, but the boiler is only 2 years old??? How expensive is it too fix, if thats the problem?

Yep. Other half said that when he filled the boiler, it came straight back out of that copper pipe outside. Can't see any leaking pipes either??!
