This was taken a while ago. It's since been plasterboarded and plastering done with the usual gap between plasterboard and floor. Was told don't worry just use gripfill but not sure about it's effectiveness on oak.

First post and a bit embarrassing so here goes. Had some ch pipes moved into a corner as they were at the side of a window. Recommended to plasterboard over them The trouble is the new pipes ended up at skirting level, behind plasterboard and I want to use oak. (Same as done in my living room...
