is that part (e00-545) the same item as part number 8484? also do they have different coloured ends for different thermistors?

i have just tried what you suggested and the boiler reading read 75. if you think it could be the thermistor then which one and where would it be located? many thanks

im having the same problem as many other people with a vokera which is that the dhw gets to a certain temp then cuts out, reading through other posts it suggests either a DHW heat exchanger or a secondary heat exchanger, is there a difference between these or just different terminology? cheers

if it helps any the water was a very milky colour, thanks for keeping me in mind and coming up with more possibilities.

sorry for the confusion but do you know the answer to my problems?

this may sound stupid or obvious but i can get hotter water from my taps if i have other cold taps running at the same time.

continuing on from my other posts, i have cleaned the heat exchanger but to no avail, so i bought a new one but still the problem persists. any new ideas? another problem, when i turn my cold taps on or flush the toilet the boiler kicks in, this has not just started happening its been doing...

so what do you suspect then?

the water from the tap is only luke wam, i have replaced the thermistors but it has done no good.

just tried turning off the hot tap just as the boiler went off and it only read 75 deg. wot does this mean?

central heating works great, it does it wether the heating is on or off. the boiler has a perfect flame, no problems with it at all.
