Hi - i think you may be right ... there is now a leak in the seal where the clips are on the outlet pipe of the main heat exchanger - before the overheat thermostat ... still only the diverter valve diaphragm? by this i am thinking of the primary flow valve, not the DHW flow valve?

Hi My Pilot light keeps going out. managed to restart completely. Finally wont stay lit. there is not hot water, and for the past few weeks i could not get Hot water without the heater on - so replace heat exchange a few days ago. now cannot keep pilot lit. thought might be DHW sensor...

I just replaced the DHW heat exchanger and set the selector switch to O, as opposed to 'Heating and Water' or just 'Water' I know cannot start the pilot light. I then notice that I probably should not have done this as the boiler cover has a note suggesting one does not do this and refers me to...
