    Hi nige, cheers for your reply. No it aint sutton mill.... I worked it out that it would take two men two months or 40 working days on £300 a day divide that by total meterage plus materials works out about £35 m2 +materials £400.

    If he cant do it right the first time then chances are he wont second time round.... As for not using thin coat beads, we all have bad days but that is shocking! also im guessing he hasn't PVA bonded none of walls or ceilings so your going to have problems later.
