Thanks for the reply guys. Will need to speak with neighbour, and put some retaining walls to stop the inflow. I can then handle downpour with soakaway in my garden.

How much cost is involved for permission and how much time? The underground pipe us in my garden, it connects rainwater pipe coming down from roof.

Can't build a soakaway got clay soil that's the reason water from other gardens come in mine. As theirs is not absorbed in as well
