Hi We are 3rd floor flat at top of (low) hill. At times the combi boiler won't fire for hot water; particularly first thing in the morning. (It always works fine when needing to demonstrate the problem, of course). Reasonable flow of water is coming through the hot tap. Can be "tricked" into...
