I have set up in the cloud and registered as an installer What do you mean by read the panel in the cloud? I haven't changed any user programming, I've followed a video online which has got me to the log in stage. Unfortunately, I just can't get logged in Appreciate any help

I have just installed the texecom smartcom as a DIY install. I have followed several YouTube videos but I am unable to log in to the app. I get to the last stage of sign in 'enter your panel user code' I have entered the preset code of 5678 and 1234 but it states access denied each time...
