What's the difference between a manual and a thermostatically controlled one? I see the vigour is in both versions?

Not got one with me at mo will try get one but I can tell u it has a single controller on the front and one of the parts inside has 2006 on it Cheers Nick

I have to have my shower replaced and am unsure of which one to get that won't need too much pipework/cable work, the one i have at the moment is an essentials one that was fitted around 5/6 years ago and has a hot and cold feed to it, any advice or help would be great Cheers Nick :)
