thanks thus far - to add - system is getting warm in some rads = particularly upstairs - I am sure its 10mm plastic mostly - did add a metallic one when convering garage around 5 yrs ago (house was 15 months old then and system worked fine) - Property is 6.5 yrs old - will my builder still sort...

yes - but that was last year - havent had any probs this year - but havent had heating on since april - did have a low pressure prob with water only this summer - Bgas came out and sorted it
