Hi John, I think you are right as I looked through the air filter and I could see it was closed fully , I pushed it closed with a screwdriver and it started first time. I will make further investigation in this department as I think something is fouling it to close . Many thanks for your help Duncan

Thanks John, yes it runs fine once it’s going. I am sure I have adjusted this as well, I will try to send a picture but I am not brilliant working around this site. I might of adjusted the wrong way. Duncan

I have a 2006 honda izzy and have big trouble starting it , but if i put easy start in the carburetor intake it starts first time, and runs fine, I have put a new plug in which was a bit black and cleaned the carburetor, I am at a loss what to do next. Any ideas please
