It's the main bedroom.

There's a window and a sort of air vent/hole in the wall nearby. I'm renting so I can't really add much more. Would something like an electric heater or dehumidifier work?

It is indeed an outside wall! Is there anything I can do about it?

Hey there! I live in a flat and have an upstairs neighbour. I've had some patches appear on my ceiling and can't tell if it's damp (it doesn't seem to look like any kind that I know of) or a leak (which it also doesn't really look like) or something else entirely. Do you guys have any ideas?
