Thank you so much for your reply! However the replacement frames were only fitted today! Before the fitted the frames I inspected them, and they all seemed square. Just as they fitted the frame, thats when its become out of square

So the windows are currently fitted. The bottom bay's have the jacks and the top windows don't have the jacks.
Only issue now that i am getting them to rectify is that the frames against the walls are all bowed and our of square! they have ordered replacement frames.
I have no idea what i am looking at really. But if i take some pictures up there this evening, i can post them on this thread and see if anyone get better understand.
Nope, they never went into the roof to check at all.
My worry is they are just trying to bodge it best they can as they really don't want to remove all the frames.

The window company have agreed to take out the frames on the bottom, and re-do it properly with Pole Jacks sitting on the brickwork.
They are however adamant that the top window does not need window jacks and claim that it is not load bearing. They are intent on leaving the poles...
Another mix to the story...When i initally booked them, they said they were Fensa registered. I have e-mailed Fensa today and they have said that the company is not on their list. I have not approached the company about this yet...
