Even through it's going straight though the wall I have fixed w load of metal straps around the crack and the front wall and cemented it to going to be skimmed anyway just concerned as it seemed to be coming straight trough

The only thing it's exactly the same the other side of the wall? It's an internal wall where it meets the external a builder said the bottom half ties may have failed and caused a shift the bungalow is early 60s and looks fairly sound everywhere else
