    WDM120 not heating water

    Washing machine is going through cycle correctly but the water is cold. Element is 30 ohms or so; could it be the thermistor? Washing machine did have a fault with the controller board which I have fixed. Ed.

    You might start by checking the pressure switch. This detects when the water level is high enough. The pressure switch is on the left front when you are at the back of the machine, a bit hidden below the top. There is a long pipe that goes to the back of the drum and there is a plastic bit...

    Hoover six 1200 WDM120 has water in drum and not spinning

    Washing machine seems to go through cycle. Doesn't seem to do a fast spin but the main motor is rotating on the slow spin. Clothes are wet after the dry cycle but the pump is pumping water out without a problem. Can anyone provide a clue?
