hey Mate, turned out to be a totally differant boiler I was looking at online. Couldnt wait to fix as was too cold in the house.. Got a boilerman in and it turned out to be the fan. Basically the boiler was not firing up on CH or hot water taps.. thanks for your prompt reply!

aright people.. 35 cdi mk2 issue again. turn taps on or central heating and the ignition does light. no ticks from the boiler.. i hear fans start etc. i have been reading other forums and am wondering if it can be the flame rectifier? any other ideas please? thanks in advance( its cold...

forgot to mention I still get hot water.. could it still be the pump mate? also the fuse blows as soon as i turn the heating on via the thermostat. I will do the following tomo. unhook the pump and fan leaving the thermostat connected. then turn on... if fuse still blows prob the pcb...
