can anyone let me know about the fitting of an electric shower in a wet room, the electrician i am using said its fine but he does'nt look very convincing

just wondered if anyone has come across ELECTATECH storage heater programmers, been to look at a job and the controls are locked out and the instruction manual is asking for a code which we dont have, can anyone help please!
