I would advise your dad to get on a Plumbing course if he has the aptitude and is still fit! Always call for plumbers and good money too!

Any of you guys or gals employ someone? I am a sole trader and am thinking of taking on an apprentice or a learner. Can you tell me the ins and outs tax wise and insurance? I am told it costs too much to employ directly for a small business! Any advice?

Hi Dave What are MI's? Do you know where the pump is connected to on the boiler? The wiring is through a fan switch to the boiler and has 3 connections from memory! How can I check to see if it is connected properly? I will visit my sister tomorrow and will investigate further! Patrick
