Talking to an teacher this morning shes drying herself out. She wants to be totally cleansed before she flys back ti see family in India. She looks better for it as well.

If booze effects the following days as it did me then there is a problem. I have been foolish as I really should have packed it up after recovering from Jaundice liver failure, but I gradually got back on it. Was it that you got slaughtered or aggressive? I get plebty of Dutch courage...

I have never said that im quitting for good. However I thought that once I do start again that I will only drink if there is a good reason, like the football. The problem there is that there is always a reason. Id then be back on it as there is generally 3 or 4 excuses a week.

Got to hope that this isn't another political murder. If it is politicians will all need protection from all sides. This country will suffer.

I gave up for 142 days then had a drink on holiday. Since I've been back, Ive not touched it. Im the same. I enjoy the social side of drinking. It does help that I do like the 0٪ lagers, ciders and the Guinness. I hate the affects over the next few days.
