the water level pressure sensor is located on the top you can recoginse it by small pipe is connected. you can alter the level of water allowed by screwdriver there is three plastic screw on the top level pressure sensor you only need the on in the middle.

first try to turn main switch off and wait for 3 mins if did open then the electronic boart is faulty.if did'nt open then there may leaking water into the lockdoor. when they become faulty switch inside allway is close.or mechanical lookdoor is damage.
