Thanks again. :) So you do see a step, ok. I don't know the measurements of the pipes.. but if it ever happened in the future I can just get it rodded/jetwashed through the cast iron access they've put a bung in above. Seems like £350 is not needed to be spent right now - as long as no leakage...
