    Building Regs re SE & HE Combi Boilers

    I should start by saying, this is for an installation in Scotland (i think the regs maybe slightly different up here?) Is it still permissable to install an SE Combi, rather than an HE Combi? & is there a minimum clearance between the flue on a HE Combi & a window?

    Here's a picture of my boiler (Saunier Duval Thema F35E)

    I'm getting an error code of F5, which is an over heat fault. Does anyone know, where on the boiler i'd find the Overheat Thermostat Reset Button? I can't seem to find it?

    Thanks for your reply Gasguru No, once i remove the pump, it would fall from say 1 bar to 0.6 bar or there abouts. Would this be caused by water in the Exp Ves?
