Hi, thanks for your reply. Yes, I found the pipe below the boiler. However, it doesn't have any loop and it has a cap put on the end. Can I just open this cap (will water come out of here? do I need to turn off from the mains?)? I guess I can get a filling loop, and connect it to this pipe...

Hi, I have moved to a house with a fairly new Vokera Mynute 14e. However, it has pressure almost down to 0, and sometimes a red light starts blinking on the left, and it stops heating. I think I have to increase the pressure (probably by topping up?), but having no manual I have no idea...
