Yes have another switch controlling the light but it only works if isolator is on

My bathroom fan is not working. I will replace it, but I figured out wiring is strange isolator also disconnects light. How do I change the connections so that isolator only controls the fan Please see photos at the link

I am getting a new kitchen. Floor is completely dug they will put underfloor heating on. What are the suggestions for durable water proof material on kitchen floor. I am looking LVTs, is that a good idea? Also should the floor be put on before or after kitchen cabinets.

Thanks for your response. I tried to move those caps, there is almost no space to put anything in to do lever action. Only a tiny razor blade is able to enter that area. Is there a trick to remove these caps

I don't see any screws on the handle

The window latch stopped locking the window. It is very loose now. What can I do on this style pvc window latches
