Definitely need a new handle! I think I have located what I need- a tilt and turn upvc handle. With any luck I'll be sorted in a couple of days :)

Thanks very much for replying. I can see the hexagon, but I am not having any luck so far. I know I'm being thick here, but I'm not sure I understand what you mean by pull on it? Is the hexagon supposed to come off or twist?

The handle on my sliding door is not working correctly and is slightly loose. I wanted to remove it to see if there was something obvious I could do, but I can't even get it off! There are no visible screws and I have no idea how to remove it. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
